Señor Sisig

A recipe for culinary success with Apple.

Childhood friends Evan Kidera and Gil Payumo share a passion for bringing authentic flavors to their community. They launched their first Filipino-Mexican fusion food truck, combining tacos and burritos with sisig — a rustic Filipino dish with a family twist from Gil’s childhood. Starting with one food truck, Señor Sisig has grown to four trucks and three restaurants across the San Francisco Bay Area.

As their business grew, Evan and Gil needed a simpler way to set up devices and keep them running across all locations. Apple Business gives them a simple way to deploy devices, manage repairs, and get support — all from one place.

“Apple Business with AppleCare+ for Business enables us to seamlessly deploy devices to our team and gives us peace of mind for all technical support and repair.”

COO, Señor Sisig

Señor Sisig uses Apple Business to manage their presence across Apple Maps, Wallet, and Siri. Customers can discover locations, view hours, order food, and pay — all from a single business profile. “We use Apple Business so people can find us on Apple Maps, order their food, and pay,” says Evan. “It keeps us visible exactly where customers are searching.”

To streamline their IT operations, they use the built-in device management solution in Apple Business. Zero-touch deployment ensures all devices arrive preconfigured with security policies, apps, and network settings — ready to use immediately at any location. Kitchen managers and delivery coordinators can start working the moment they receive a device, with no manual configuration needed.

When a device needs repair, AppleCare+ for Business makes it simple. Employees can request service instantly from their iPhone or iPad. Apple handles everything and returns devices within days. And with help desk support available around the clock, technical issues get resolved fast — keeping operations running smoothly across all locations.

Apple helps power our entire business — from inventory and distribution to management and IT — we just couldn't do any of this without it.”
